We are happy to announce a new tracking company will be employed in late August allowing us to put multiple parcels in one locker, allowing for space.
MAILBOX LOCKERS – If your campus box number starts with 5793 up to 9092, you will no longer have an actual box to open to receive mail, rather we have purchased lockers for mail, these are smaller and white and you will be given an email for your MAIL to pickup out of one of these lockers with a pin code or swiping your ID at the kiosk. You MUST pickup your mail within 3 days of notice or it will have to be picked up at our customer counter during our open hours. Mail not picked up after 10 days will be returned to sender.

STUDENTS
Students living on campus for the Fall semester ’25 will be assigned a box number by our automated system. Go to your Pipeline account to access it. Combinations to physical mailbox are for those with box number from 9093 up to A9999. Those not living on campus can also receive a campus box for mail and parcels, but you must come to the customer window to request this service, please bring your I.D. We can only accept one semester at a time. Please see Becky Evans, at Post Office for her to record you in our system and get you a receipt. Customer counter hours for off campus students requiring a campus box are between Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For those who have already been assigned a campus box living off campus, you need to renew your box by seeing Becky Evans.
Students who wish to have their mail forwarded to their off-campus location should go their Pipeline account to manage their personal address information and to submit forwarding address information. We can only forward mail to students who have submitted a forwarding address.
Additionally, some companies are shipping parcels to you via USPS Ground Service or Parcel Select or Parcel Lite. While we can forward Ground and Parcel select, if there is no endorsement on the parcel then you could receive postage due from your mail carrier when they deliver to your home. For Parcel Lite, it is not a service that can be forwarded without endorsements. Please ensure that you pick up all of these parcels prior to leaving. We will put a forwarding address on it if in your Pipeline, but USPS will recycle these parcels rather than forwarding.
Fed Ex and UPS parcels cannot be forwarded so those parcels will be returned to sender if you have a forwarding address on file.
