Customers to the MTSU Post Office who are not students/staff/faculty, you can park in the metered parking spots at Champion Way and Military Memorial.  The use of Jones lot is prohibited and you will receive a ticket.  You may pay for a parking plarcard at Parking Services located at 205 City View Dr.

The locker system is in place for your parcel needs.  During Winter Break we will not be using the parcel lockers unless students contact us to request this.  Remember, after 4 days parcels are removed and put on our shelf for pickup during our operating hours, Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm.

AMAZON PARCELS THAT ARE HIGH VALUE WILL HAVE A CODE THAT AMAZON GIVES TO THE STUDENT.  WE CANNOT GIVE OUR YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO AMAZON TO CALL YOU, AND MOST OF THE TIME STUDENTS DON’T ANSWER WHEN WE CALL.  THIS TYPE OF ITEM WILL BE RETURNED SO PLEASE ENSURE AMAZON DOES NOT GIVE YOU A CODE.

Students, when ordering parcels from companies, if there is a note field for delivery, please also list delivery is to be made to the Post Office in the KUC Building.  We are happy to inform you that we have new Blue Lockers for your parcel needs. Parcels will be placed into a locker and you will receive an email with a code for you to enter into the kiosk, or you can swipe your ID card.  The locker will then open, please note that most of the LOCKERS ONLY OPEN 1/4″ SO YOU NEED TO LOOK AT YOUR LOCKER NUMBER FROM YOUR EMAIL, OR WHEN SWIPING AT THE KIOSK THE FIRST TIME IT WILL GIVE YOU YOUR NUMBER.  Please close the locker when you are done.  You have currently 4 days to retrieve your parcel, it will then be placed back into counter pickup if not retrieved within 4 days.

Lockers are located in our lobby, down the hall near the Charlie and Hazel Daniels Veterans Ctr, just along the wall.

If you have multiple parcels, you will get an email for each one to be picked up from the Locker system.  The newest email will open that locker so you will need to swipe your ID after you retrieve each parcel, or put each code in to collect all parcels.

MTSU Post Office also has a Passport Office in room 101, appointments can be made by going to the passport website and clicking the link to book an appointment.  We have Walk up Wednesdays where there is a limit of 30 people including children.  Get here early for a spot in line.

Additionally, some companies are shipping parcels to you via USPS Ground Service or Parcel Select or Parcel Lite.  While we can forward Ground and Parcel select, if there is no endorsement on the parcel then you could receive postage due from your mail carrier when they deliver to your home.  For Parcel Lite, it is not a service that can be forwarded without endorsements.  Please ensure that you pick up all of these parcels prior to leaving.  We will put a forwarding address on it if in your Pipeline, but USPS will recycle these parcels rather than forwarding.
